الاسم والملف الشخصي
يمكنك إدخال اسم اختياري أو الدخول كضيف. يُحفظ الاسم محليًا لتخصيص الواجهة، ولا ينشئ حسابًا ولا يُرسل إلى المطور. يمكنك تغييره أو مسحه باختيار الدخول كضيف من الملف الشخصي في الإعدادات.
عن هذه السياسة
توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق WaraqScan على أندرويد وiPhone وiPad، من تطوير مصطفى العباس (Mustafa Al-Abbas)، مع المعلومات. معرّف التطبيق هو com.mustafaalabbas.malfi. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب. للاستفسارات أو طلبات الخصوصية: support@mustafaalabbas.dev.
المستندات والصور والتوقيعات
يعالج التطبيق الصور التي تلتقطها أو تختارها، وملفات PDF والتوقيعات والتعديلات، على جهازك. يحفظ ملفات المستندات وأسماءها ومجلداتها وإعدادات التطبيق محليًا. لا توجد خدمة في التطبيق لرفع محتوى مستنداتك إلى خادم المطور أو إلى شبكة الإعلانات. عند استخدام المشاركة أو التصدير، ترسل أنت نسخة إلى التطبيق أو الموقع الذي تختاره؛ وتخضع تلك النسخة لإعدادات وخصوصية الجهة المستقبلة. قد يشمل النسخ الاحتياطي أو نقل الجهاز الذي يوفره نظام التشغيل بعض بيانات التطبيق حسب إعدادات جهازك؛ ولا يدير المطور هذه النسخ. تحويلات Word وExcel وPowerPoint والصور وأدوات PDF تتم داخل الجهاز دون خدمة تحويل خارجية أو رفع المستندات إلى iLovePDF أو غيره.
الكاميرا والملفات والمعالجة الذكية
تُستخدم الكاميرا لمسح المستندات ورموز QR، ويستخدم التطبيق الملفات والصور التي تختارها للاستيراد والتعديل. لا يسجل التطبيق الصوت. يمكنك إدارة الأذونات من إعدادات أندرويد أو iOS. اكتشاف المستند وتحسينه، واستخراج النص المدعوم والتعرّف العام على محتوى الصور، تتم محليًا باستخدام مكتبات المعالجة وGoogle ML Kit. قد يلزم الإنترنت لتنزيل بعض مكونات Google أول مرة. تجمع مكتبات ML Kit معلومات تقنية عن الجهاز والتطبيق ومعرّفات التثبيت ومقاييس الاستخدام والأخطاء لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها؛ ولا يتطلب هذا إرسال صور مستنداتك للتعرّف السحابي.
الإعلانات وخيارات الخصوصية
يستخدم WaraqScan إعلانات Google AdMob عند تفعيل الإعلانات. تطلب نسخة iPhone وiPad إعلانات غير مخصصة، وتستكمل إذن شفافية تتبع التطبيقات ATT من أبل بعد نموذج موافقة Google UMP المطلوب وقبل تهيئة الإعلانات. عند الموافقة قد يستخدم مزود الإعلانات معرّف الإعلانات لقياسها عبر تطبيقات شركات أخرى. عند الرفض أو تقييد التتبع لا يسمح التطبيق بالتتبع أو الوصول إلى IDFA، وتبقى ميزات المسح والتحويل والحفظ متاحة. موافقة GDPR لا تحل محل إذن أبل. تظهر الإعلانات في مساحة مستقلة وبعد كل عمليتي حفظ ناجحتين عند توفر إعلان، ولا يمنع انقطاع الإنترنت حفظ المستندات. قد تجمع مكتبة الإعلانات عنوان IP والموقع التقريبي والتفاعلات وبيانات التشخيص ومعرفات الجهاز لتقديم الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال وفق اختيارات الخصوصية. لا نطلب موقع GPS الدقيق للإعلانات ولا نرسل محتوى المستندات إلى شبكة الإعلانات. يمكن مراجعة موافقات الإعلانات من الإعدادات عندما يتيحها مزود الموافقة، وتغيير إذن التتبع من إعدادات الجهاز. تحتاج الإعلانات غير المخصصة أيضا إلى بعض البيانات التقنية واتصال بالإنترنت.
بلاغات المشاكل الاختيارية
عند ضغط «إرسال البلاغ» فقط، يرسل التطبيق وصفك ونوع المشكلة وإصدار WaraqScan ونوع نظام التشغيل عبر HTTPS إلى خدمة دعم المطور المستخدمة في AEGISLY على 187-127-96-132.sslip.io. تسجل الخدمة البلاغ ورقمًا مرجعيًا وتستخدم Telegram لإشعار المطور. لا يرسل هذا النموذج صورًا أو ملفات أو اسم ملفك الشخصي المحلي أو معرّف جهاز فريد. قد تعالج خدمة الاستضافة عنوان IP ووقت الطلب لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها. لا تُستخدم البلاغات للإعلانات أو التتبع، وتبقى وظائف المسح والتحويل والحفظ متاحة دون تقديم بلاغ. نتعامل مع محتوى البلاغ لمراجعة المشكلة ومتابعتها؛ لطلب حذفه من سجل الدعم وتنبيه البوت راسل support@mustafaalabbas.dev مع رقمه المرجعي. النسخ التي تديرها Telegram تخضع أيضًا لسياسة https://telegram.org/privacy. لا تضمّن بيانات حساسة أو محتوى مستنداتك في الوصف.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى المستندات المحلية حتى تحذفها. نقل المستند إلى سلة المحذوفات يسمح باستعادته؛ ولإزالته نهائيًا افتح السلة، وحدد المستند، ثم اختر الحذف النهائي وأكّد العملية. لحذف بقية البيانات المحلية والإعدادات والملفات المؤقتة، استخدم إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيقات ← WaraqScan ← التخزين ← محو البيانات، أو أزل التطبيق. على iPhone وiPad استخدم الإعدادات ← عام ← مساحة تخزين iPhone أو iPad ← WaraqScan ← حذف التطبيق؛ إلغاء تحميل التطبيق وحده يحتفظ بالبيانات. هذه العملية لا تحذف النسخ التي صدّرتها أو شاركتها، أو النسخ الاحتياطية خارج التطبيق؛ احذفها من وجهتها أيضًا. لا يمتلك المطور نسخة من مستنداتك المحلية ليحذفها عن بُعد. تحدد Google الاحتفاظ بالبيانات التي تجمعها خدماتها وطرق إدارتها وفق سياستها. إذا راسلت الدعم، نتلقى عنوان بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك ومرفقاتك لاستخدامها في معالجة طلبك؛ اطلب حذف مراسلاتك عبر البريد نفسه. لا ترسل جوازات أو مستندات حساسة إلى الدعم إلا عند الضرورة وبعد حجب البيانات غير اللازمة.
الأمان والتحديثات والتواصل

Name and local profile
You may enter an optional name or continue as a guest. The name is stored locally to personalize the interface; it does not create an account and is not sent to the developer. Change or remove it by selecting the guest option from your profile in Settings.
About this policy
This policy explains how the WaraqScan app for Android, iPhone and iPad, developed by Mustafa Al-Abbas, handles information. Its package name is com.mustafaalabbas.malfi. The app does not require an account. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@mustafaalabbas.dev.
Documents, images and signatures
The app processes photos you capture or select, PDF files, signatures and edits on your device. Document files, their names and folders, and app preferences are stored locally. The app has no service that uploads document content to the developer's server or an advertising network. When you share or export, you send a copy to your chosen app or destination; that copy is subject to the recipient's privacy practices and settings. Operating-system backup or device transfer may include some app data depending on your device settings; the developer does not manage those copies. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image conversions and PDF tools run on the device without an external conversion service or uploading documents to iLovePDF or another provider.
Camera, files and smart processing
The camera is used to scan documents and QR codes. Selected files and images are used for import and editing. The app does not record audio. You can manage permissions in Android or iOS settings. Document detection and enhancement, supported text recognition, and general image labeling run locally using processing libraries and Google ML Kit. An internet connection may be needed to download some Google components initially. ML Kit libraries collect technical device and app information, installation identifiers, usage metrics and errors to operate and improve the service; this does not require sending document images for cloud recognition.
Advertising and privacy choices
WaraqScan uses Google AdMob when advertising is enabled in the Android, iPhone or iPad build. The iOS build requests non-personalized ads. Before initializing ads, it resolves Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission after any required Google UMP consent form. If you authorize tracking, the advertising provider may use the advertising identifier for cross-app advertising measurement. If you deny permission or tracking is restricted, the app does not authorize tracking and the ads SDK must not access IDFA; scanning, conversion and saving remain available. GDPR consent does not replace ATT permission. Ads appear in a separate area and after two successful saves when an ad is available; loss of connectivity or unavailable ads never blocks scanning, conversion or saving. The ads SDK may collect IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers. This information supports ad delivery and measurement, performance and fraud prevention, and Google may share it with advertising partners under its policies. The app does not request precise GPS location for advertising. Google UMP manages consent choices where required. An 'Ad privacy choices' entry appears in settings when the consent service makes it available for reviewing choices. You can also manage the advertising identifier in device settings. Certain technical data is still needed for non-personalized ads, and advertising requires an internet connection.
Optional problem reports
Only when you tap Send report, the app sends your description, problem type, WaraqScan version and operating system over HTTPS to the developer's support service used by AEGISLY at 187-127-96-132.sslip.io. The service records the report and a reference number and uses Telegram to notify the developer. This form sends no photos, files, local profile name or unique device identifier. The hosting service may process your IP address and request time to operate and protect the service. Reports are not used for advertising or tracking; scanning, conversion and saving remain available without submitting a report. Report content is handled to investigate and follow up on the issue. To request removal from the support record and bot notification, email support@mustafaalabbas.dev with the reference number. Copies managed by Telegram are also subject to https://telegram.org/privacy. Do not include sensitive information or document contents in your description.
Retention and deletion
Local documents remain until you delete them. Moving a document to Trash allows recovery; to remove it permanently, open Trash, select the document, choose permanent deletion and confirm. To remove remaining local data, preferences and temporary files, use Android Settings → Apps → WaraqScan → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. On iPhone and iPad, use Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → WaraqScan → Delete App; Offload App alone keeps your data. This does not delete exported or shared copies or backups outside the app; remove those at their destinations too. The developer does not hold a copy of your local documents to delete remotely. Google determines retention and management of data collected by its services under its policies. If you email support, we receive your email address, message and attachments to handle your request; use the same address to request deletion of support correspondence. Avoid sending passports or sensitive documents to support unless necessary and redact unrelated information.
Security, updates and contact
Local files rely on your device and operating-system protections; we do not promise absolute security or separate encryption of every file. The Google SDK communications described above use encryption in transit. Protect your device with a screen lock and review where you share files.
